FUTURE POSITIVE: NORMAN FOSTER + PARTNERS

A planned visit to the Korean Museum of Art lent a pleasant surprise as I stumbled upon one of best architecture exhibits that I have ever seen. Filled with models, drawings, material explorations and history beautifully laid out in an expansive gallery all dedicated to the brilliant works of Sir Norman Foster.

EXQUISITE CRAFT

The amount of influential buildings that Norman Foster has created in his lifetime is truly inspiring. How does an architect go from the sm to xl in one's career that inherently is not that long in the grand spectrum of things?

The Geometry of Design

  • Foster explores the small details to the massive structures that define his work
  • The section through buildings reads clear and concise
  • The pure geometry and human scale is achieved at all scales
  • Creativity has no bounds
